Appointment
We recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee the best possible availability for your preferred time slot. For any questions, you can contact us during opening hours by phone at 0699329573. If our entire team is receiving treatment and therefore unable to answer your call, an answering machine is available, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also book an appointment 24/7 via the Appointments page on our website. In the event of a technical issue, we will respond promptly during opening hours to address your request.
Appointment Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance to let us know of the cancellation. This will allow us to offer the time slot to someone else.
After 3 last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance), our customer database will automatically notify us, and you may no longer be given priority for bookings.

Failure to show up for an appointment
After three missed appointments, our scheduling algorithm will automatically place you in a category where you may no longer be prioritized for future appointments. In the worst-case scenario, your appointment may even be cancelled.
